ROOMS

To book your hotel room during the AG, you can stay at the Casablanca Hotel itself, at the Quality Inn directly across the street, or at another nearby hotel.

To book a hotel room either:

  1. Call the Casablanca at (905) 309-7171 / 1 (877) 446-5746. Be sure to say you are “attending the Mensa AG” to get the special AG room rate of $189 +tax for a standard room with 2 double beds. They have set aside 40 rooms for us.
    NOTE: The cut-off date to access the special AG room price is May 8, 2024.

  2. Call the Comfort Inn in Hamilton at 83 Centennial Pkwy. North at (905) 560-4500. Be sure to say you are “with Mensa Canada” to get the special AG room rate of $177.65 +tax for a standard room with 2 queen beds and $169.15 for a standard room with 1 king bed. This hotel is about 15 minutes away. They have set aside 20 rooms for us.

DINING

The hotel is home to Bogey’s Grillhouse. Directly across the street from The Casablanca Hotel are a Tim Horton’s and a combination Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet.

HOSPITALITY ROOM

As usual, we will have a hospitality area next to the games room. Snacks and coffee will be provided.
